Police Chief Indicted in Child’s Uzi Death

A small town police chief and two others were indicted on involuntary manslaughter charges in the death of 8-year-old Christopher Bizilj, who accidentally shot himself in the head with an uzi at a gun show in October.
The gun club was also indicted for manslaughter.
Police chief Edward Fleury owns the gun club where the incident happened.
Also indicted were Carl Guiffre and Domenico Spano, who brought the weapon designed for the Israeli Armed Forces to the gun show.
The 9mm micro submachine gun recoiled as Bizilj was shooting at a pumpkin, and the child lost control of it, shooting himself in the head.
